💼 About the Role:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Virtual Payroll Assistant to help manage and dispatch payroll checks to staff and franchise workers. This role involves printing approved payroll checks (sent via email), packaging them with pre-paid shipping labels, and dropping them off at the nearest post office or courier center (FedEx, USPS, or UPS).

You will also be responsible for dispatching tax payments to our clients, assisting with light errands, maintaining basic communication, and handling any payroll-related questions. No resume or prior experience is required — we will provide full training for the right candidate.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Print payroll checks and tax payment documents received via email

• Package checks with shipping labels and dispatch via local courier services

• Drop off packages at the nearest FedEx, UPS, or USPS location

• Process and dispatch client tax payments on time

• Run light errands when requested (with full reimbursement)

• Address basic payroll or payment-related questions professionally

• Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of all documents

• Complete all tasks within payroll timelines

• Hologram security check paper (approx. $39 – reimbursed with first paycheck)

• Internet access and an email-capable device (phone or computer)

• A reliable, organized, and honest work ethic

💵 Pay & Benefits:

• $4,250/month fixed salary (paid monthly)
